Refunds
At Martzo, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not offered once a transaction has been completed. All sales are considered final. Please review your purchase carefully before confirming payment.
Cancellation
You may cancel your account or discontinue the use of our services at any time. However, any credits or funds that remain in your account at the time of cancellation will not be refunded.
Exceptions
Refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Technical errors that prevent access to purchased services
- Incorrect charges or overbilling
If approved, refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days.
